Welcome friends! I am Maxwell Custer, owner and proprietor of Be Sin Free. I started this website in hopes of reaching those who are deeply spiritual, but find themselves forced to compromise the tenets of their religion in the course of their daily lives.
I've traveled all over this world, from Alabama to Louisiana, and one thing I've found is that people always want to do good. The problem is that sometimes THE LORD makes it hard to tell what is right and what isn't.
Imagine for a moment that an atheist breaks into your house, and makes you decide which one of your children will live, and which one will die. Truly a difficult and horrible choice for anyone to face. Unfortunately, in the eyes of God there is only one right answer. Choosing wrong will damn your soul to an eternity of pain, along with the souls of your children (being murdered is a sin).
What's more, many religions today are unreasonably strict, and continue to enforce archaic doctrines. Some sects of Christianity require you to visit church up to 3 times per week. Jews must wear gaudy and lavish dreamcoats when they go to temple. Buddhists are required to shave all the hair off their body and grow enormously fat. Muslims must grow fabulous, silken beards. The list goes on and on.
With such lofty and unnecessary requirements, is it any wonder that religiosity in the world is at a record low? Faith should be comfortable and breezy like boxer shorts, not binding and restrictive like briefs. So don't spend another minute worrying about an uncomfortable religion. Have all your earthly sins absolved today!
Be Sin Free: It's the next best thing to being a good person.
Maxwell Custer was born in 1957, in Silver Lake, Nebraska. The son of devout Baptists, Max was groomed from birth to become a soldier in the war against the Methodists who had occupied much of the Baptists territory. However, after a fierce argument with his father (Max wished to join the Baptist Air Force, but his father was a Navy man), Max struck out on his own to find his religious calling.
However, Max suffered a falling out with God after a tragic unicycle fire resulted in the death of a close friend. He then proceeded on a veritable crusade of sinning, spending the next several years of his life bouncing around the west coast as a boozer, a user, and a loser. But things turned around in 1981, when THE LORD appeared to Max as a giant wheel in the sky. Max suddenly knew that he must put an end to his wicked ways, and turn his life around.
Since that day, Max has dedicated himself to the eradication of sin at any cost. He has traveled all over the globe solving peopleÕs spiritual crises, like a ministerial A-Team. It was during this time that he met his lifelong friend The Kaiser, and came up with the idea for Be Sin Free.
Maxwell currently is the owner and operator of Be Sin Free, his latest attempt to rid the world of sin.
The Kaiser is a mysterious renegade Lutheran from the distant land of Germany. His true name is unknown, but what is known is that his contempt for sin defies any sort of reason. Realizing that the most surefire way to reach a new generation of sinful youths was to utilize the very means of their sin against them, The Kaiser obtained an aging Commodore 64 computer and attempted to access the Internet.
He was unsuccessful. After several exorcisms and a ritual known only as "The Sluggening", The Kaiser managed to obtain a more reasonable Apple iBook and constructed the web site you see before you. Now all he needed was a respectable member of the religious community to help him absolve the masses.
Utilizing the power of Google, The Kaiser found a man deep in grief over the death of a friend: Maxwell Custer. The two platonically bonded in coping with the tragedies that plagued their lives, and decided that the BeSinFree venture was a truly divine way to ease the suffering of others - and kick sin back to hell where it belongs!
With the help of his newfound American counterpart, Maxwell Custer, BeSinFree was born and ready to rock the world of sin!
